Phil Weil, Millburgh Hall 1971-1975

Story
I was a pupil at the college between January 1971 and July 1975 living at the original Millburgh Hall, Graffham, being bused into the college on a daily basis. I also saw the start of the building of the new Millburgh Hall within the college grounds next door to Lymes and Charmandean. I spent my last two terms in the new block in one of the 13 single bed/studies. Although our housemaster was Mr John Ellerton, the new block and the sixth form wing (top floor in the main house) came under the supervision of Mr Maurice (Rock) Hudson. The Headmaster at the time was The Rev Charles Johnson. The Rev Johnson made it his business to learn the names of each and every pupil at the college and also which house you where in.
I now work for Southern Railways. I have also this year (2008) given up marshalling at motor sports for a number of reasons including the politics within what is a volunteer hobby. I am still single.
